Q:Good morning. I'm here just asking a question and hopefully can find an answer.Down at ravenal sheds does anyone know what all it takes to get one of the Graceland sheds? Is it like you can pay a deposit and like first month's rent to own?

Typical down payment is first two months rent, though, we will run specials for only one payment down or $99 down. Please check back with us for any current promotion.

It depends on the size of the building and the zoning ordinance where your property is located. We recommend contacting your county zoning office to find out what your property location requires. They can also provide your setback information - which can be helpful when planning the placement of your building. I hope this helps!

We had the best experience with Portable Buildings of Ravenel. We were able to take our time and pick colors, the atmosphere there is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Da'Niel is the BEST.
The day of delivery Quinton and Conner were great, knew exactly what they were doing and did it with out a problem at all.

So far, LOVE my new shed from PBR. Delivery was seamless and he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. The Ravenel Team was fantastic when called on! I needed help with the city permit approval… they were immediately on it and resolved the issue. FIVE STAR!! 🙂

Previously we went to 2 other building businesses and they were not able to help - they only gave excuses but Portable Buildings of Ravenel was able to gave everything approved in a matter of weeks. Within 2 months, Portable Buildings had our new building (30 by 45, 14 ft. ceiling) completed. Da-Niel was great, professional and straight to the point. Will use Portable Buildings of Ravenel again for any other building we may need.
